退款及更換政策 Refund & Exchange Policy

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not offer refunds. However, we’re happy to provide exchanges for defective, damaged, or incorrect items under the conditions outlined below.

Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for products that are defective, damaged, or not as ordered (e.g., wrong bread type). To be eligible for an exchange, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order. Requests made after this period may not be processed.

Steps for Requesting an Exchange

  1. Inspect your order: After receiving the products, please check immediately for any damage, defects, or discrepancies with your order details.
  2. Contact us: If an issue is found, contact us at 9477 3690 within 24 hours.  Please include your order number, your contact details (phone number or email), a brief description of the issue, photos of the product showing the issue.
  3. Return the product: Bring the products, along with your receipt, to our store during business hours.

The following conditions must be fulfilled for exchange:

  • The product is damaged
  • The product has defect from production
  • The product remains in original packaging
  • The product must be returned in its original condition, with minimal handling, no intentional damage, and properly stored to maintain freshness (e.g., kept in a cool, dry place).

In case of any dispute, the decision from Aozora shall be final.
